The HallStar Company's TP-95™, TP -90B™ & TP-759™ plasticizers (ester plasticizers) have been designed to impact maximum low temperature flexibility to various elastomers.  It is particularly effective with nitrile rubbers-including the very high nitrile types:

urethanes, polyacrylates and epichlorohydrin rubbers..
